Edward Lloyd grew up on a sheep and beef hill farming property in the UK and has 6 years of broad acre grain harvesting experience across both the UK and Australia. Edward has also lived and worked in New Zealand, where he was Head Stockman and Overseer on two prominent South Island stations, breeding and finishing Merino and Romney sheep, Black Angus and Hereford cattle and Red Deer. Edward appreciates what skills and personality types are required to fit certain roles. His passion for agriculture and his experience working on livestock and cropping properties throughout the UK, Australia and New Zealand enables Edward to fully understand the needs of clients and the profile of candidates required to fit particular roles. His understanding of rural requirements and recruitment practices means he recognises the need for the right personnel to fill positions in regional Australia. He has successfully placed staff in both production and management roles across agriculture, horticulture, livestock and agribusiness industries.
