Current roles:
Harvest/Custom Harvest Jobs
- Harvesting: mixed cropping – wheat, barley, canola and lupins.
- Combine harvester / header and chaser bin operations.
- General farm work (machinery and property maintenance, earthworks, etc.)
- Self-Propelled boom spraying
- General servicing of farm equipment
- Understanding of machinery operations and applications with the use of GPS
- Experience in previous harvest jobs or custom harvest jobs
- John Deere, Case & Claas Lexion headers and tractors
Cotton Jobs
The roles are varied, encompassing all aspects of irrigated cotton growing, from machinery operation to irrigation. A farming background and experience with specific farm machinery operations is preferred but all applicants will be considered.
Key Requirements
- Experience with irrigated cropping, specifically cotton is desirable.
- Previous experience in the operation of modern farm machinery and GPS.
- The ability to work independently and take direction.
- Experience operating self-propelled boom sprayers
- General knowledge and practical application of farm machinery.
- Preventative maintenance and repairs is advantageous.
- Irrigation roles – required to be physically fit
- This role requires people with a good all-round ability and fitness.

Agricultural Earthworks jobs
Carrying out agricultural earthworks projects for contractors of large irrigation and broadacre cropping properties.
Key Requirements
- Laser Bucket, Scraper, Excavator & Grader Operators
- Requires experience in operating similar machinery (some training can be provided given relevant experience).
- General knowledge and practical application of plant machinery preventative maintenance and repairs is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Modern John Deere and Case Steiger tractors and laser buckets
- Late model Cat 627H wheel tractor scrapers
- John Deere GP872GP 6-wheel-drive grader fitted with TopCon
- Hitachi and Komatsu excavators from 22-50t
Farm Mechanics
There is year-round work for multiple disciplines within the ag business. We have a large portfolio of clients and are always after candidates with a solid education and experience in the agriculture.
To be eligible you must have:
- Trade qualification in heavy diesel mechanic
- Previous experience with cropping, seeding, trucks and harvesting machinery
- General servicing experience of farm equipment
- An understanding of machinery operation and applications with the use of GPS
- The ability to problem solves and communicate effectively
- A valid drivers license
Feedlot Jobs
Jobs in large scale cattle feedlots
Stock team – Stockhands and Penriders
- Daily livestock handling
- monitoring animal health, diagnosing symptoms
- administering treatments & vaccinations
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Cattle induction and drafting
- Feedlot and fence maintenance etc.
Operators – Feedmill, tractors, mixer wagons, loaders and other machinery
- Batch, load and deliver feed in a timely and accurate fashion according to direction from the manager
- Ensure pens, bunks and troughs are clean and suitable for use daily
- Prepare and mix rations according to batching sheet
- Responsible use of all feed mill machinery and equipment
- Appropriate handling of commodities, ensuring longevity and contaminate free storage
- Participate in scheduled cleaning and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Record all activities in appropriate register or operational diary
- Additional farm related duties as deemed necessary by management.
